Todd Miller, son of Larry & Betty Miller, began working with G.E.M. Constructors as a teenager. After graduating from NC State with a Business Management degree, he returned home and also obtained his General Contractors License in NC and FL. Todd has a vast array of knowledge in construction and an extensive background in design/build projects.
